Illustration was my first creative passion—and the foundation for everything I do.
I’ve been drawing since I was twelve, and it remains my most personal and expressive medium. While much of my illustration is personal work, it’s where I developed my eye for color, composition, whimsy, and visual style. Illustration naturally led me to storyboarding, which deepened my understanding of pacing, blocking, and scene construction—skills that now inform all of my visual storytelling.
At its core, illustration gives me the freedom to imagine anything and bring it to life. In a world powered by ever-advancing technology, it keeps me grounded in the basics: a pencil, a piece of paper, and pure imagination.
